My journey is shaped by continuous learning, an evolving approach to care, and a strong commitment to delivering personalised, high-quality physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy built on performance, longevity, and whole-person care
I’m a physiotherapist who completed my studies at the University of Cape Town, with a background rooted in high-performance sport and long-term physical wellbeing.
My passion for sports physiotherapy developed while playing competitive rugby, which led me to work with elite teams including The Sharks, Maritzburg United, and the Blitzboks, as well as supporting athletes at Maritzburg College and Hilton College. This experience shaped my approach to care — focused not only on recovery, but on resilience, performance, and longevity.
A Holistic, Considered Approach to Recovery
Over the past two years, I’ve developed a strong interest in integrating breathwork, meditation, and mental health support into my physiotherapy practice.
I believe that pain and injury are rarely purely physical. Stress, nervous system regulation, and mental wellbeing play a significant role in recovery. By combining evidence-based physiotherapy with these modalities, I aim to offer a more complete and sustainable approach to care — one that supports both physical recovery and overall wellbeing.
Professional Practice & Personalised Care
I am a partner at Orthomed, a world-class physiotherapy and orthopaedic practice based in Umhlanga, where I continue to work within a high-performance, multidisciplinary medical environment.
Due to increasing demand from Cape Town-based clients seeking a more private and personalised physiotherapy experience, I have now relocated to Cape Town full-time. This allows me to focus on delivering a home-based service tailored to those who value discretion, convenience, and exceptional care.
